The club is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old — or 21 where your local law requires it — to subscribe. By joining, you confirm you meet the legal age in your region and that receiving smoking accessories by mail is lawful where you live.
Each box contains smoking accessories and lifestyle items such as glassware, papers, lighters, socks, and stickers. The exact contents are a mystery until the box is opened — that is the nature of the club. No tobacco, nicotine, or controlled substances are ever included.
You may subscribe as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret and for the accuracy of your delivery details. Boxes sent to an incorrect address you provided are your responsibility.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The full rules of billing, renewal, cancellation, and plan changes live in our Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access other members' information, resell boxes as a commercial service, or use the club for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Items in the box are provided as-is. Some items — such as glassware and lighters — carry inherent risks if misused; use them responsibly and in accordance with their instructions and your local laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the box in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable consumer protections.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and continued use of the club after an update means acceptance of the new Terms.
