The pact you make with the moon, explained.
Subscriptions are billed in advance in Australian dollars. Payment is taken on the 15th of every month. If you join on or after the 15th, you pay for your first cycle at checkout and your recurring payment starts on the next 15th.
Boxes ship on the 20th of every month, the moon cycle, five days after the billing date. Yearly plans are charged once up front and renew as a yearly plan. The per-month saving compared to the monthly plan is shown at checkout.
You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — boxes already paid for will still be delivered, and no further charges will be made. Before you go, we may offer the option to pause for a month instead; accepting it keeps your subscription active on the new terms.
Tier changes — step ups and step downs alike — take effect from the next billing cycle on the 15th. Nothing is charged at the time you make the change; you keep your current tier for the period you have already paid for, and the new rate applies from the next payment.
If a renewal payment fails, our payment processor will retry it automatically over the following days. During this time your subscription enters a payment-issue state and upcoming boxes may be held. Update your payment method from your account page to keep the deliveries flowing. If the payment ultimately fails, the subscription ends.
Where offered, you may pause your subscription for one month. No charge is made and no box is sent for that month; billing resumes automatically the following month.
Because boxes are a mystery prepared to order, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a box for the period has been prepared or shipped. If a box arrives damaged or never arrives, see our Shipping & Returns policy — we'll make it right. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
